We’re pleased to confirm the renewal of our partnership with British International Freight Association (BIFA) on a further three-year contract, continuing a relationship that has been in place since the mid-1990s.
Over that time, the work has evolved well beyond traditional CRM support. Today, we continue to deliver both CRM services and a member portal that helps BIFA provide a smoother, more connected digital experience for its members. As their needs have developed, so too has the platform, supporting ongoing improvements across engagement, communication and service delivery.
This renewal reflects a long-standing collaboration built on trust, adaptability and shared goals. Working closely with BIFA’s team has allowed us to respond quickly to change, while keeping the member experience at the centre of everything we do. As part of the renewal, we’re also building in additional momentum for the next phase of the partnership.
Steve Parker, BIFA Director General said:
“A robust CRM system and an effective member portal are essential tools for any modern trade association. They enable us to better understand and respond to our members’ needs, streamline communication, and deliver services more efficiently. Our continued partnership ensures we have a strong digital foundation in place to support our members and adapt as the industry evolves.”
Philip Walters, Head of Customer Success said: “Having worked with BIFA for over 30 years and seen so much change over that time, we are thrilled to be injecting new energy into our partnership with such a diverse and progressive organisation. As we work more closely across all levels, we expect to see continued success for both parties, and look forward to seeing the benefits for both BIFA and its members.”
