We are delighted to announce that CIRIA (Construction Industry Research and Information Association) has selected oomi to deliver a new integrated CRM, website and member portal as part of its digital transformation programme.
As a neutral, independent, not-for-profit organisation, CIRIA has been driving performance improvement, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the built environment and construction sectors for more than 60 years. Through research, guidance and industry engagement, it plays a vital role in helping organisations address the challenges facing the sector.
The new digital platform will provide CIRIA with a modern, integrated solution that brings together its CRM, website and member portal, creating a seamless experience for members, customers and stakeholders.
By replacing legacy systems with a connected digital ecosystem, CIRIA will be better placed to deliver a more personalised member experience, increase engagement with all customers and streamline internal processes. The new platform will also provide greater flexibility to support the organisation’s future growth and evolving digital ambitions.
The project reflects a shared commitment to putting members and other users of CIRIA services first, by making it easier to access information, engage with services and interact with CIRIA online.
Dirk Vennix, Chief Executive at CIRIA, said:“CIRIA is delighted to open a new chapter with oomi. Last year we wrote a five year business plan with a chapter on updating new IT services. The Company has already improved its publication sales, financial and HR processes and reporting through implementing new IT systems. Our partnership with oomi enables us to complete the final chapter. We are looking forward to delivering new facilities for membership, events and training management as well as a fit for purpose website over the next few months.”
