We’re delighted to announce that Philip Walters has been appointed as oomi’s Director of Customer Success.
Philip joined oomi in late 2022, as Head of Customer Success, a new position created to further develop the relationship with oomi and our customers. His promotion to this new role reflects the growing importance of customer experience in our business and comes with expanded responsibilities.
Alongside continuing to lead the Customer Success offering, Philip will now also be responsible for the support and service teams, helping us bring even greater alignment and consistency in how we support and engage with our customers.
Philip will be working closely with these teams to strengthen our service delivery and build on the solid foundations we already have in place. Together, they will focus on enhancing our customer offerings and ensuring our customers continue to receive the highest level of support.
