oomi has partnered with the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF) (www.snipef.org) to provide a new cloud-based membership management CRM and portal, creating a single, integrated platform to support the federation’s operations and enhance services for members.
The platform will act as a central hub for SNIPEF, bringing together membership management, events, finance and accreditations within one system. It is designed to streamline processes, reduce manual administration and provide the flexibility to adapt as the organisation evolves.
Fiona Hodgson, Chief Executive of SNIPEF, said: “We were looking for a CRM that would act as a central platform for managing our membership data, processes and services. Importantly, we wanted a system that would streamline our operations, enabling our team to spend more time engaging with members and delivering greater value, while retaining the flexibility to adapt as the organisation evolves.
A key requirement was the ability to support our full range of services within a single system, including membership administration, events and industry certification schemes, while reducing manual processes and improving efficiency.
oomi stood out during the selection process because of its flexibility and the breadth of functionality available. The ability to configure processes to match our specific requirements was particularly important.”
SNIPEF represents more than 700 plumbing and heating businesses across Scotland and Northern Ireland, employing over 3,500 professionals, alongside a network of 60 supply chain affiliates. The federation provides representation, training, technical guidance and advocacy, while promoting high standards across the sector.
Subhan Ahmad, Head of Account Management at oomi, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with SNIPEF and supporting the federation in its work with plumbing and heating businesses across Scotland and Northern Ireland. We look forward to delivering a platform that will help streamline operations and support their continued growth.”
