We’re delighted to announce that the Construction Products Association, the trade association for manufacturers and suppliers of construction products and materials, has selected oomi to supply its new membership management CRM.
The Construction Products Association (CPA), www.cpa.org.uk, represents UK manufacturers and suppliers in the £68.6 billion construction products sector. It provides its members with unique expertise and support through a wide range of activities, from tracking and advising on government policies and regulations, to producing authoritative economic, technical and sustainability commentary and publications.
Jeff May, CPA’s Deputy Chief Executive said: “We’re excited about partnering with oomi who bring so much membership sector expertise to the table. Our current system is based on a generic CRM platform and is unable to cope with some of the idiosyncrasies we have as a trade association. This important investment will deliver internal efficiencies and reduce the amount of manual intervention in some of our key processes and result in service improvements to our members.”
oomi will be implementing the oomi CRM, with modules to manage members, finance and committees. There will be integration with the association’s website, that will provide single sign-on (SSO) to enable members to access member-only content, and with the email management application, Mailchimp.
