oomi customer wins award for Best Digital Transformation Project
We’re thrilled and proud to report that oomi user, British Mensa, has won the Memcom Excellence Award 2024 for Best Digital Transformation Project.
The Award was announced at the Awards Ceremony in London last night (26 Sep), hosted by Sophie Duker, award-winning stand-up comedian and writer, and was accepted by Cath Hil, Mensa CEO, and Kayleigh Mapstone, Head of Membership and Projects.
This Award is for the most transformative initiative which has brought change, advancement or benefits to the association, its members or the cause as a whole. It recognises that successful digital transformation requires agility, speed, cost optimisation, technical innovation and cultural change.
oomi proudly entered Mensa fo the Award, as Mensa selected oomi as one of its key technology partners in 2021 as part of a comprehensive digital transformation journey to address significant challenges and position the organisation for sustained growth and relevance in the 21st century.
Since then, the organisation, whose only qualification for membership is a score within the top 2% of the general population in an approved intelligence test, has seen significant uplift in membership growth and engagement.
Mensa implemented the oomi CRM to be at the heart of their technology stack, supporting both a new website and members portal from oomi. They also added an online community platform, that integrates with the oomi CRM.
Joel Trotman, Director of Sales at oomi, commented: “Many congratulations to Cath, Kayleigh and all the team at British Mensa. It has been a delight working with them on this significant project, and their Award is richly deserved.”
