We are delighted to announce that we are partnering with the Professional Deputies Forum (PDF) on a new three year contract to transform its digital platforms and support its continued growth.
The partnership follows a review of the PDF’s existing systems, which highlighted opportunities to improve member services, streamline processes and create a more seamless experience for both members and employees. The PDF was also looking for greater flexibility to integrate with external software and connect its digital systems.
The PDF first discovered oomi through one of our webinars. After discussing its requirements with our team, it became clear that oomi CRM was a strong fit for the organisation and its plans for the future.
Established in 2019, the PDF now has more than 500 members and continues to grow. With this in mind, upgrading its digital systems is an important next step in supporting its development and ensuring it can continue to deliver a great membership experience.
Joel Trotman, Commercial Director at oomi, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with the Professional Deputies Forum at an exciting stage in its growth. As PDF continues to expand its membership, having flexible, connected technology in place will be key to supporting its team and delivering a great experience for its members. We’re looking forward to working closely with the PDF team to develop its digital platforms and help them achieve their ambitions for the future.”
Sam Bossi, CEO at the Professional Deputies Forum, said: “Our members are at the heart of everything we do, and kicking off this project with oomi is a major milestone for us. Working together lets us build a modern online experience—giving members better self-service tools and personalised content, while giving us a solid foundation to grow, streamline our operations and support our long-term growth.”
We look forward to starting this project and working closely with PDF over the coming months.
