TOPRA, the professional membership organisation for individuals working in healthcare regulatory affairs, has selected oomi to provide its new membership management CRM and members’ portal.
TOPRA opted for oomi to address its need for a modern, stable solution with the capability to adapt as the organisation grows and evolves. The new systems will enhance the way TOPRA interacts and engages with its members and stakeholders, and improve the user experience for both members and website visitors.

oomi will be implementing the oomi CRM including modules to manage membership, finance, events, CPD, committees, sales, and training courses. A new fully-integrated website, including a members-only portal, will be developed, using the WordPress and Elementor tools. The system will provide a single source of information, through integration with online payment and direct-debit systems, bulk email, Zoom, Xero and SurveyMonkey.
