We continue to add to our family of clients, with recent successful project ‘go lives’ at the Wine and Spirit Trade Association (WSTA) and the British Health Trades Association (BHTA). Both of these projects went live within a 24-hour period, and were delivered within 6 months of contract signing. This illustrates how much intuitive functionality that oomi CRM provides ‘‘out of the box’. 

As increasing numbers of membership bodies turn to our technology to help them manage their membership services and engagements, we have expanded our team to ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience and innovative solutions. 

We welcome two new staff to our client delivery team.  Arsalan Khan  joins us as Quality Assurance (QA) manager to continue our focus on quality initiatives.  His first project is on updating our automated testing framework with a special focus on the oomi APIs before leading further QA initiatives.   

We also welcome Farshad Vahdat, head of our new Digital/Creative team.  He’s going to be adding a lot more industry knowledge and leadership to our design and content management system (CMS) offering and helping our clients ensure their membership system works seamlessly with their web presence. 

We have also expanded our development team with five specialist and application engineers joining us to ensure that our applications continue to meet the demanding and specialist needs of membership professionals.
